When we advertise a product we guarantee to have that product in stock and available, unless we have stated in the advertisement that stock is limited. Our products would often be sold out, after two weeks of advertisement due high demand. So we urge you to go and immediately or as soon as time permits. Whenever we are out of stock, we will source additional stock and will so inform you.

Delivery within specified time guarantee
Once the sale process is completed i.e (payment in full for product), we guarantee to have your purchase delivered to your door within the time as agreed by you. A – Purchases
1. How can I place an order on line?
- You can order from the site by clicking the "Add To Basket" button next to the item you wish to purchase. This adds that item to your "Shopping Basket".
- When you are ready to purchase, check your "Shopping Basket" contents. You can remove or change quantities of any item at any time.
- Click on the "Check Out" button which takes you to our order form.
Enter your personal information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server. - Alternatively you can call us on 1-592-223-7301 to place your order or e-mail us at customerservice@.com and we will contact you to take your order.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, HOWEVER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE ONLY IN GUYANA.
2. How will I know my order has been accepted?
- You will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order within 24 hours.
- We will then contact you by e-mail within 48 hours to confirm:
- acceptance of your order
- target delivery date, and any additional appropriate instructions.
- We will also advise the recipient in Guyana of the purchase.
3. What methods of payment do you accept?
- We accept Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
4. Do prices include Sales Tax?
- Yes, all prices include our local VAT at Guyana's standard rate - currently 16%
5. How will I be expected to pay for my order?
- Payments are taken in full on all purchases by credit card. Your credit card will be debited once the order is confirmed.
6. What happens if I cancel my order?
- Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation, providing delivery has not yet taken place.

7. How long will delivery take and how can I track it?
- You will be advised by e-mail of the anticipated delivery time; however most deliveries generally take place within 48 hours after confirmation, or at a time agreed with the customer.

8. How much will delivery cost?
- FREE delivery, Shipping and Handling for all purchases.
9 . What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
- This may happen, although unlikely due to the care and attention we give to the supply process.
- If this occurs, contact us at on our Head Office number to arrange for the item to be replaced.
- If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging.
- All returns and repairs must be arranged through ASHMINS and we cannot accept returns, which have not been authorized.
10. What about ASHMINS Returns Policy?
- If your purchase is delivered damaged or defective we will repair, replace or refund you the full cost of purchase.
- If we are unable to repair the item, we will replace it with the same or like product free of cost.
- Goods should be inspected, and any faults reported via phone or e-mail.
- Refunds will be done by way of a credit to your credit card.

11. How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
- As a long established retailer, we take the concerns of our customers seriously. Ashmins uses industry standard 128bit encryption and Secure Socket Layer transactions. This technology leads the likes of CNN to state "The prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions." You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so.
- In the extremely unlikely event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card, or may limit your liability. Please check with your bank or credit card company for details.
