1. Q: Where can you deliver gifts to?
A: We deliver to most  areas of Guyana, Georgetown, Linden, Bartica, Berbice.

2. Q: How much time do you take for delivery?
A: Most gifts are delivered within 1 - 2 days. The product page displays option for selecting the desired delivery date.

3. Q: Can you deliver on the same day?
A: Some products can be delivered on the same day within Georgetown, provided you place the order before a cut off time. For most counties the cut off time is around 12:00 noon.

4. Q: How are the gifts delivered?
A: All our gifts are delivered through our own couriers. Gifts are hand delivered.

5. Q: Do you deliver on requested dates?
A: Yes, we do. The product page displays an option for selecting the desired delivery dates.

6. Q: What are your delivery timings?
A: We deliver between 10am- 7pm.

7. Q: Can I request for a specific time of delivery?
A: We do take requests for delivery at a specific time of the day and try to do our best to meet the time requirement, but we cannot assure delivery at the specified time.

8. Q: What days of the week do you deliver?
A: We deliver Sunday through Saturday and also on holidays depending upon the holiday.

9Q: Will I be charged if the recipient is not available?
A: There will be a 15% surcharge if the recipient is not home.

10. Q: Will two or more orders placed for the same recipient and to the same address be delivered at the same time?
A: This is possible.

11. Q: What do you do when the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
A: The recipient will be contacted on phone and a redelivery is arranged.


12. Q: I do not have a shipping address but have the phone number of the recipient. Can you deliver my gift?
A: Yes we can

A: Shipping  is free.

1. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payment through Credit cards and PayPal. We accept Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express credit cards.

2. Q: Can I pay with a debit card?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments through debit cards.

3. Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Yes. It is absolutely safe to use your credit card on our site. Ashmins uses a high grade 256 bit encryption to encrypt your information before transmitting over the Internet. This encryption makes it very secure by preventing anyone from hacking your important details. We don't share or sell your details to anybody. 4. Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be authorized immediately once you place the order.

6. Q: Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Wire transfer?
A: No. We do not accept Cashier's Checks or Wire transfer.

7. Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: No. We do not charge sales tax on any item, but we do charge VAT.

8. Q: Does the recipient have to pay any tax on the product?
A: No the recipient does not have to pay any tax on the product.

10. Q: What is PayPal?
A: PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information with merchants.

11. Q: How do I use a PayPal payment option on ASHMINS?
A: Once you have filled in the shipping details you have to go to the payment options and select the PayPal option. You will then be directed to PayPal website where you have to complete the payment. You will then be re-directed to ASHMINS for the order confirmation.

12. Q: What do I do if I have problems with making the payment with my PayPal account?
A: Please contact the ASHMINS customer service and we will help you completing the payment.

13. Q: When are funds transferred out of my PayPal account for my ASHMINS order?
A: Within one hour of placing the order the funds will be transferred to the ASHMINS ACCOUNT.
